Amateur Fantasy Artist

I don't know about you, but with me I tend to recognize artist more by their first name. So with that being said the artist below are listed in alphabetical order by their first name. Most of the amateur fantasy artist listed here were found at Elfwood. There are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of amateur artist pictures there. At last look there was 3550 different amateur fantasy artist, each with their own gallery. Here is just a few of the better artist that caught my eye during my recent visit. They are linked to the artist homepage when possible.

Alton Lawson - This guy's an amateur?!?!
Andreas Rocha 'Andi' - Lots-O-Girls
Cynthia L. Reep - Dragons, Furry/Anthro, and other critters...
Curtis Craddock - I spent a bit of time here. Mainly because the guys imagination is so... out there. View them all!
David E. Blaisdell - Stunning work, just not very many to view.
Geoffrey A. Priest - A few nice pics. Excellent use of light
Irma S. Ahmed - Lots of anime stuff
J. Andrew Jameyson
Janet J. E. Chui - Very nice.
Joleen Flasher - A few nice sketches.
Jose M. Rodriguez - Mostly sketches, but all have an incredible amount of detail.
Klopas Oey - Very talented, I wish there was more fantasy though
Maria "Jade" William - 25 year old New Yorker, Slavic by origin, geek by choice, and the talent of a true pro!
Mark Ivan Cole - One of the best.
Max Bertuzzi - Some really great work with an equally impressive web site.
Meilen Wong - Specializes in picture drawn in Photoshop
Michaela Nastasia - For a long time I was using some of the art here as my desktop wallpaper.
Michaela Olofsson - A few really good sketches
Paul Butler - Nice work
Pavel Pin jin - Check out the shading in these sketches. It doesn't sound like the artist has been drawing for long, but you'd never be able to tell it.
Przemyslaw Swida - Rarely have I seen sketches this good (check out the Orc), especially from a 19 year old.
Thomas F Abrahamsson - The creator of possibly the most frequently used fantasy picture on the net.
Trixi Leistner - Some are just fair, but other are excellent and very creative.
Warren F. Hwang - Nothing extraordinary (well, a couple maybe), just rock solid D&D type artwork.
William Li - Absolute perfection, but if your planning on using any of the pics here be sure to read the Terms of Use section. William Li is very protective of his work.
