Piratically Incorrect

sampleReleased Fall 2008, this, the groups third CD shows the more melodic side of the 'Blades'. It stays  true to their practice of adding a Ren/Pirate Fest sound with modern overtones.

This CD has received rave reviews, including that of pirate extraordinaire; Bilge Munky (check out his review online). Included on this CD are pirate versions of Johnny I hardly knew ya and Spancil Hill.

And please note, as the title of this album may suggest, we, the Musical Blades, make no apologies for original ditties like "Drink Till She's Pretty",  "Ship Load'O Bastards", and "Orsa ad Finis" (Which is Latin for Beginning to End by the way ;)

Piratically Incorrect is the first CD to feature BMI recording artist George Hunt (guitar, harmonies, and some lead vocals). And it  is the only CD to include tenor Clint Glidewell, who is one of the originators of modern singing pirates.

"We've really put our heart and soul into this one, and we can't wait for everyone to hear it! We've got 11 new, completely original songs here, and this time 5 traditional songs... LIKE YOU'VE NEVER HEARD THEM DONE BEFORE!" Listen to samples below...
